5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and original content provided by Subjourney, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

If paid plans are offered:

• Fees and billing terms are shown at purchase
• Payments are charged using your selected payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
• Taxes may apply based on your location

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet all requirements at all times.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to Subjourney in the 12 months before the claim, or
• EUR 100

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subjourney from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and revising the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
